There weren't that many people willing to say shit like that to her face, even fewer who didn't do so with the intention of pissing her off. Which was a shame, because it was actually kind of hilarious and surprised a quick laugh out of her. "You sure about that?" He was probably right though, but that might have been why they'd avoided working with her for too long. Logan could only nod at that. "Can't really argue with that." Or disliking the rain, but somehow she doubted that he didn't already know that was the truth. "It's one of my better looks." Whatever his reasoning, she was alright with it. Focusing on pretty much anything else was good in her book, kept the memories somewhat at bay. "If you like that, though, you should catch sight of me in nothing but a towel later."
Making good choices and caring if a moment was appropriate or not weren't exactly top of the list of things that Logan was good at or cared about. Flirting with Nate was distracting, but more importantly she just liked it. "Can't say I'm disappointed to hear that."
Without the rain currently pelting down on her, it was harder to ignore the way everything she wore had basically suctioned to her body now. "Generally speaking, I prefer bribery over flattery." But she was only the slightest bit serious, it wasn't like she could force him to help if he didn't want to. To be fair though, he'd been the one to approach her. Smirking up at him, "Hard to be inconspicuous when you're basically a giant." There was an edge of sympathy to her tone that was entirely mocking. "Just like I'm sure you could match it."
It was only a little disappointing to not get to yank him down with her, but it said more about him that he didn't fall for the trick. Although, now that he'd moved the rain was back full force, which wasn't exactly thrilling to her. Logan just grinned, letting her hand drop back to her shovel. She really ought to resume digging now, but it wasn't an exciting prospect. Certainly not as appealing as the conversation had turned out to be.
"Girls got to try." But no, she hadn't been counting on it working. "Don't know, now I think I might be regretting not letting you stay up there to be my umbrella." At least her hair was fairly contained now and not plastered to her face. "Was serious though, I wouldn't mind getting out of here faster."
