Ryder Olson does not want to be zombie chow (rydeon) wrote in undeadsiegeic,

"Always is," he promised. "All over, really. Most of the shops are pretty picked over, so some of the groups have been heading into the jungle to see what can be found." It was easier when they could just stick to the main areas, but the new terrain was more exciting. "Could be abandoned camps or broken down vehicles hiding out." Grinning, because it seemed like she was really considering coming out. "Usually groups like to head out early, so they're not out while it's dark. Easier to keep an eye on the zombies then, but just about anytime."
"Well, they'd probably like it better if it was some song they liked, but yeah. I know they would." Just they way she asked, had him curious if someone in her life had told her she wasn't good. "Watching people perform is kinda our thing," he pointed out. "Especially when they're good." Because two songs in, he knew she had talent. "We've even got a musician with us, so it'd just be another day in paradise at the Huts." Was he trying to hard to get her to agree?
And just like that, he knew she was going to stick around for a little while longer at least. "Anything you can imagine, actually." They basically rifled through people's personal belongings, after all. "But you're looking for anything that could be a useful supply. Packaged food, weapons, sometimes clothing." Cracking a slight grin, "Batteries are pretty important."
Her shaking their hands made him laugh, beaming a smile at her in response. "It's worth plenty, Noelle Verre." A name meant he could easily find her again, which he fully intended to do. He didn't further shake their hands, just squeezed hers once more. "Ryder Olson, at your service."
Pleasantries out of the way, admittedly rather belatedly, he was eager to assist her on her first looting venture. "Come on then, milady, let's see if there's anything worth claiming around here."
