"Oh, I would," Max said with a shrug. He had no intention of leaving Michael in the cell, but the idea did cross his mind. It was simply too problematic, whether he was female or his usual ornery self.
He sighed. "I'll take it under advisement." Michael was right, and Max knew it. But telling Sheriff Valenti wasn't cut and dry, especially now that it was more than just informing her of the very real existence of aliens in her town and on her police force.
It wasn't a decision he could make unilaterally. He'd need to run it past Liz. And Kyle, before it was even a possibility.
