He appreciated the blanket, and the acetone more. He gulped the entire bottle in a matter of seconds. He didn't often feel cold, on account of his body temperature running high, but he was grateful Liz had the foresight to bring a blanket for him.
He closed his eyes, taking a moment to simply feel the warmth of her touch on his skin. If it was true everyone had a soulmate, she was definitely his. Even if that wasn't true, she was his other half, and the half that made him feel whole.
He opened his eyes and met her gaze after a moment, and gave a short nod. "I remember," he whispered. Of course he didn't know how accurate his memory was, but he remembered pulling Rosa out of the pod. He had no idea how long ago that had been, either.
"Did it work? Is she...did I bring her back to you?"
