8 Hilarie Burton icons, all of which are variations on this cap from the "last five episodes" promo aired after the premiere of 6x19 last night. I was originally going to make four (top row), but when I switched up the layer order for one, I decided I liked how it looked and did the same with the rest (bottom row). Then, um, I couldn't decide which I liked best (despite the fact that some look almost like straight duplicates of others). These may be used as bases if you like.
