FINALLY, A PRETTY POST FOR MEEEEEE
Okay errybody, I have been basc climing up the wall to post this post because omg, it's like I had to sit on my hands to use a special new sparkly awesome toy. Not that y'all are a toy, but UGH I WANT TO BE PART OF THIS TOOO WAHHHHH and my internet is all "lol bbl garglin nutsacks 8D!"
So anyway, I wore some crazy shit today and got away with it. Let me show it to you.
So, sorry if I look pissed off -- it was because, at the time, I was fed up with the fact that I couldn't take a decent outfit picture to save my life because DSLRs do not focus well by themselves so I had roughly 3.5 million blurry photographs before this. MORAL OF THE STORY: I need to invest in a remote ASAP. Also, I need to have a photo section in my apartment-to-be so I don't look like a hobo every time. Anywhoozle, I was about to be all cool and throw down brand names of everything I'm wearing buuuut then I realized that I bought essentially everything on my body today from Target. What the fresh hell? Well, except for the tiny star brooch that kept the third portion of my serape-poncho-whatever's neckline at a place that I liked and the undershirt, but this is essentially a cheap-ass outfit. Feel free to judge or not judge.
I also wanted to show nails because UGH SORRY, MY MAMA DID A GOOD JOB ON MY NAILS FOR MY BIRTHDAY. How cute is she? The base is China Glaze in 1007 "Turned Up Turquoise (Neon)" and the tip color is Maybelline Color Show in 70 "Bold Gold." I always base and top coat with OPI, in case you're curious about that. IDK IF MY MAKEUP HERE IS WORTH MENTIONING, so if you want to know about that then ask in comments! (I'm just proud of it because my mama revamped my makeup for my birthday because she is Saint SNB, Patron Saint of Good Moms.
Now, here is the big deal -- the real reason, WILL BE REAL, of even making this post. I need new glasses super-bad. Like, I'm getting hella headaches and my eye appointment was supposed to be in April. Now that I'm jobbing, I can has glasses, but IDK if I can afford putting lenses back into my Ray Bans. This a) breaks my heart and b) leads me to trying out Warby Parker. Their website explains them well, but basically: cheap-ass glasses with free try-at-home frames. So far, I can tell you that the frames feel really solid and well-built. The one issue I'll probably have is adjusting the frames for my weird-ass crooked ears and... that's about it?
Anyway, so I'm have my try-at-homes and I'm going to show them to you from least favorite to most. In the left column, I have the frames at a hawkward angle so that the glare will gtfo my lenses. In the right column, I have a straight-on look at you which YES has glare but also has what the frames look like head-on.
NOTE: Basically, I love most all of these equally except the very first ones that are like... dnw. But I'll share them anyway.
So ummmm tell me what you think? I LIKE INPUT; IT'S FUNNNNNN! Thank you so much!
