Healthy meals and exercising are also big ones that I'm working on, but they can be hard for a wide variety of reasons. I really don't like cooking, but one thing that's been working well for me lately is packing salads in jars to bring to work for lunches -- I like that I can pack them all on the weekend in less than an hour, then I don't have to worry about lunch all week. Also I realize that jar salads are TERRIBLY HIPSTER but I truly adore the grab-and-go convenience as well as the fact that they take up so much less space in the fridge than tupperware containers would. Just make sure you have a bowl at work you can dump your salad into! And the basic formula is: dressing on the bottom + any toppings that can absorb the dressing (I use quinoa) + other toppings (I usually use some combo of shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, shredded broccoli, shredded cheese, sunflower seeds, and any random vegetables I may have leftover) + greens. Make sure you have enough protein in there if you're intending it to be a standalone meal.
