I am incredibly basic but the number 1 thing that makes me feel at peace with my body is exercise. I think that it forces a switch from how my body looks to how it feels/what it can do and I've been getting a boost from the increased amount of energy I have lately. For me it wasn't even anything drastic - just walking for 40 minutes or so, sometimes with the doggo.
Also anything that involves me putting time into myself, if that makes sense? Facials (I love Cup of Coffee from LUSH, and you can use it as a whole body mask/scrub), a leave in hair treatment, doing my nails, etc.
