Shaving is a huge one for me. I tend to be super lazy when it comes to shaving, so when I do it, it's a whole production: exfoliating my legs with sugar scrub after, using a nice, rich body butter instead of plain lotion after. I always feel like a bad ass after I shave.
Another thing I do to be present/appreciate my body is aerial, which is exercise, but it's utterly amazing and kind of empowering to see progress week over week? And because I want to be better, I pay more attention to what I'm doing outside of the gym, so I tend to stretch/foam roll/peanut more often, which keeps my muscles from getting stiff, which in turns makes me a happier person.
