OH GOD IDK I have been truly treating my body like crap lately ;_; but I finally scheduled a massage for myself tomorrow and i am sure i am going to LOVE it so even though it was kind of $$$ i think not feeling like a stiff loser will be worth it. I recently bought this lotion that has CBD oil in it and i have been rubbing it on my aching muscles before bed and it has been great.
anyway i also LOOOVE skincare and doing face masks always makes me feel really good. Eating healthy (like a big old bowl of roasted veggies or a huge salad) does the trick too. (conversely spending an extremely long time making something very decadent + unhealthy can also do the trick depending on the day.)
