tbh most ppl do not have bad enough circles to fuck w/ color correcting im ngl. i would save the money and see if u can just use the concealer first. since colorcorrecting is trendy or w/e, they've come out w/ these overpriced kits but it also means drugstores have made cheaper alts. check out nyx if u are interested, i think they have a palette for cheap that has green, salmon, etc creams in it.
rly i would just do what has already been suggested which is the concealer spread under ur undereyes in a lighter shade. it works rly well for me and i never sleep bc of rp lmao, so my dark circles are ridic.
as for creasing, i wouldn't use eye primer bc that's meant more for getting powders to stick to your eyelid and they're actually way more prone to creasing w/o being set with another powder - in my experience at least. i use a lot of eyeshadow primer and shadow so i've gone through it all - ud primer, nars, mac paint pot, wet & wild, etc, and bc i have hooded/asian eyelids, creasing happens to me ALL the time. so idk, i'd use a regular face primer tbh for this, something w/ silicone ot provide a smooth base so you don't get it settling into the lines of your face. moisturizing before u do ur make-up helps too!!
