IDK if anyone still really buys frost/pearl finishes for nail polish anymore, but if you do and aren't fond of the brushstrokes that always show up, I found a tutorial for how to get a smooth finish (I haven't tried it myself yet though) --

Also, is anyone else interested in historical (lol) nail polishes and followed Essie's Starry Starry Night re-release for their Retro Revivals collection? I got the new SSN back in December when Trade Secrets put it out early (and it sold out fast here), but there's a great comparison post here between the original and new versions that shows how different they actually are. I still like the new one! But re-using the name is definitely misleading. |
