hi hi hi i still consider myself a beginner in nail care/art and would love any tips you all have.
i rarely use top coats (but my bottle is running out) and i don't have a base coat polish so i'm looking for recs of either. i love both matte and gloss so either kind of top coat would work for me.
also where do i start with cuticle care?? most of the time, i ignore my poor cuticles. oops. what's your nail care routine? |
