[Who]: Marlene McKinnon & James Potter, OPEN
[When]: September 25, 1977
[Where]: Quidditch pitch
[What]: Marlene goes to meet James and talk about the upcoming Quidditch match.

Marlene whistled, slightly off-key, as she made her way down to the pitch to meet James. It was cool that afternoon, but pleasant, with a nice breeze coming in. It was perfect flying weather, and it set her blood pulsing excitedly as she thought about the match that would take place in a few days. Practices had been pushed back to evenings because of James's Head Boy duties (and Marlene was quite appalled that James had let authority get in the way of Quidditch), but she wanted to tell him about her idea before the team gathered together.

The stands were empty when Marlene reached the field. She took a seat on one of the team benches, her legs bouncing anxiously as she looked round for James to show up. Marlene was not good at waiting. She liked to be in motion constantly.
