Apparently there's going to be another book coming out about me, this year.

Seriously? What the hell, people? As if I don't have enough to worry about.

At least it's not a weekly TV show that is still ongoing?

I guess, but things on TV can change by the next episode. Having a book seems more written in stone.

Each week something new happens at home for some, I think 13-22/24 weeks of the year with new stuff from home would be hard.

No more or less than having your life as a book series.

I said would be hard, not would be "harder."

All right? I didn't say you did.

I might biased, considering my show is insanely popular, but, yeah, it really sucks. Especially since being on screen means your face is instantly recognizable. I don't even watch my show, but I constantly have people coming up to me on the street and talking to me about things I haven't lived through or even watched and it sucks ass.

I'm sure it does suck. I get that too, but they usually mean someone else.

Yeah, well imagine being told by a complete stranger that your mom is dead. I wish the things people said to me were about someone else's life. It'd be a lot less sucky if it was.

Or people could just mind their own damn business.

They good, but they're not likely to. We're not really real people to them.

I think the hard part with books or mine, anyway, is that you get a lot of inside info that isn't on tv. There are 12 about my world, plus a few short stories and 6 of those read like I kept a diary for a year. That means there is a lot and I mean a lot of stuff I never told anyone, even my best friend, about my private thoughts and feelings.

On the flip side, Caroline is right about the getting recognized thing. Most people around here know me as me because of the BATD and the gym and me and Liss being such public figures in Breck, but 9 out of 10 tourists think I'm Care's friend Elena, because that's who my face is most famous for and most people around here know better than to bring up the really personal shit. Mona got called a psycho by someone she's never even met the other night because her face is so utterly recognizable and you wouldn't believe how many people want to know since when could vampires have babies because they assume I'm Elena despite the baby bump. So, yeah, it sucks for all of us, but I'm personally glad my life isn't a TV show. I'd end up punching way more people than I already do if it was and Lissa and Sharon tell me I'm not actually allowed to punch tourists.

Sure. I think we can all agree it is a shitty situation for all of us.

Where I'm from, there are TV shows, books, comics and web-series, and I look like a girl from Mona's show. We all have things about our lives out there that maybe we wouldn't want them to be.

That's seriously fucked up. I was just saying, it sucks for everyone. I think everyone is probably going to assume it's easier for others, but it's pretty much all shitty.

Yeaaaah, I'm really glad that my movie flopped. It doesn't sound like they're even going to make any more and the writer for the books is supposed to be taking a break from writing for my world. Definitely not sad about that.
