Introduction
Hello! My name is Alex and I'm bringing you my character Jayanti, though most of your characters will know her as Jocelyn Wolfe. Jayanti is the only daughter of a Indian merchant who worked very closely with the East India Trading Company. Jayanti is quite the adventurer and enamored with all things European, so managed to get herself married to a young British merchant so she could begin her "European adventure." Following her marriage she took the name Jocelyn Wolfe, which she typically prefers to her Indian name.
Jocelyn has been a compliant and obedience wife for a little over a year, and is now stretching her wings as a European citizen and is more freely and secretly exploring London unsupervised. She thinks she knows quite a lot about European society, but she is very naive and often reckless in order to pursue something that she would consider an adventure. As a result, I imagine Jocelyn becoming mixed up with all sorts of characters, some of whom could very well be not the most reputable of company. Though she's been in England for a while, she has been fairly isolated, and is just beginning to open up. I am interested in pursuing any sort of relationship with her- friend, enemy, lover, or otherwise- as she is very interested in meeting new people and stirring up some trouble and intrigue for herself.
