Katie had figured this would be like a lot of those stuffy PR things she'd sometimes had to do as a Magpies player. Those events could be really boring, but she'd learned how to make them sort of fun, especially with the right company. That was a part of why she'd said yes to this invitation to come here with Hikaru.
"These things are only as boring as you let them be," she murmured, flashing him a mischievous grin. "We just have to find a way to make it fun. That was something Katie excelled at, lucky for him.
