Jim raised an eyebrow and pursed his lips together as he listened to her. "What kind of progress had you been making with it?" he wondered. The idea of being able to rework a planet without resources and make it so that it could be used again. "Would the end goal be for planets that weren't already populated ever or ones that had been and the resources were used up and destroyed?"
