Who: Natasha and OPEN
When: Saturday night
Where: Her room
Why: Night terrors
What: She wakes up and goes for a walk
Status: Open/On-going
Ratings: TBD

She twisted in those sheets. Sweat beaded down her face and neck. Suddenly her eyes came open. She made sure not to make a sound as to not wake Peggy up, that was the last thing she wanted to do. Her frame slipped out that bed and soon into the halls. Her hand coming to grab a towel before leaving that she used to clean off her face and neck. She didn't wear much to sleep, in fact, they were lucky she wore anything at all for that matter.

Still, she came to her usual spot. The observation deck. Her frame stopped to look out into the vast nothing that was out there. In a sense she wanted something to happen, anything to get her back in action. The incident from a few weeks ago didn't satisfy the fighter in her. But for now, she had to settle for this... Peaceful living while it lasted. It would be better if she had Clint with her. Least understood her, whens he got like this. The few that were here that she knew, didn't understand.

They didn't know what it meant when Natasha would pull back into herself. How dangerous it was. And yet, here she was. Pushing those she cared for away from her. A default method she'd done when things were out of her control. And this ship had made sure to put her through a loop. First with Barnes, then Steve, Tony, and Bruce. But Coulson as what pushed her over the edge. He was alive, and Fury didn't say anything.

Guess in the end, he never could trust a spy.

Shepherd Book didn't need much sleep. He often found himself using the night time to either read or pray or to wander the ship. He'd ended up in on the observation deck more than once. Tonight though, he wasn't alone.

"I'm sorry... I didn't mean to interrupt. "

Natasha came to glance at the older man that spoke up. "You're fine." She stated as she came to exhale deeply as she moved from that view and came to lean against the metal railing not far behind her. Was he new? Nat didn't know, she stopped keeping track of who came and left when Hill arrived.

"Can't sleep?" She asked him as she gave him her attention a little more at this point.

"It's been quite some time since I've slept more than four hours a night. Neither the monastery nor my previous life allowed for that."

He shrugged. "I find it peaceful up here. A good place for meditation."

"Trouble in the sleep department yourself?"

"Nothing I can't handle" She replied lightly. Thinking she would hit the training room to let out some steam. Least until it was time for breakfast. Still, she came to look at the older man for the moment.

"You're a priest or something?" She stated as she wondered for the moment. But Natasha knew better than to try and confess anything she'd done. She was past saving.

"More of a wandering preacher than a priest, but it's been awhile since I've been in the monastery."

He gestured around the observation deck, there was space enough for both of them.

"There's room for both of us here if you're in search of quiet."

She came to look at him for the moment. A shrug of her shoulders. She wasn't going to leave just because he showed up. So she came to take the spot next to the elder man for the moment and keep her gaze out to the starry darkness.

Book's breathing slowed as he stared out at the stars, a sight that always managed to calm him.

"If something's on your mind, it's been said I'm a good listener."

She came to glance at him for the moment. "Nothing to talk about." She said. Which was true. She wasn't going to reveal her secrets to a stranger, just because they were a good listener.

Hell, the friends she had on this ship barely even knew the truth about who Natas--Natalia really was. It was something she had lived with all her life. Her secrets were hers to carry.

Narvin rarely slept as far as a human was concerned. Not to say that he didn't but he was driven less to do so with so little to do.

The plan was to hack into the Enterprise to see if they were hiding anything, but he was being careful in his planning.

Her ears twitched slightly. She came to narrow her eyes for the moment as she came to move to the side. No matter how quiet anyone tried to be, it was no match for her hearing. Bare feet stepped quietly as she came to keep hidden within the shadows.

It seems she wasn't the only one who couldn't sleep tonight. But Natasha had done this for so long, she knew when someone was up to something. And despite this place not being her real home, it was home for now. And she wasn't going to let anything happen to her friends.

Even if they would be her downfall.

Narvin's intentions weren't as aggressive as all of that, though he wouldn't have been surprised to know what Natasha was thinking. Narvin was never a man who people gave the benefit of the doubt to even before he'd embarked on a career in the CIA and his time working in the hated-corrupt institution would have scarcely mellowed him. Even if he himself was scrupulously dutiful in the position.

He did have senses of his own, which let him know that someone was there. He just... didn't care. The ship was noisy and unless Natasha was going to make herself his problem, then he wasn't going to invest his time on barefooted women.

She came to narrow her eyes as she walked behind him. Bare feet touching the ground. "You look like you're up to something." She said from behind him. Her arms crossing over her chest as red hair was tied back into a short pony tail for the moment.

Still, she came to a stop not far from him. Still in her sleep attire, but Natasha never cared. But she was learning, she wasn't the only one who couldn't sleep on this ship tonight.

"I always look like I'm up to something," he replied without missing a beat, before looking at her. He didn't actually roll his eyes at her appearance, but it was certainly implied. "It's a congenital condition according to... people who know me." Rassilon knows they couldn't be called friends. Most of them, anyway.
