Jemmma couldn't believe how long she'd been here already. And, how well she'd been settling in. She'd been getting on with her latest roommate, Sam Carter. And, had managed to not externally fangirl the entirety of the multiple Star Trek cast, Harry Potter cast. In fact everyone.

But, she was managing. Even when working closely with Jadziah and Kathryn Janeway in Sciences. She'd learnt so much already. And, well having her own official Star Fleet blue uniform was a dream come true. But, she still missed home. Her parents. But, most of all she missed Fitz. That underlying worry she had about everything that happened in Framework had never gone away. And, she really needed a drink. Alone. Although she knew Daisy would come with her if she asked. And, just...be there. But, she needed distracting from her worries more than anything. Which is why she was sat in the corner with a gin and tonic, watching everyone around her.

Allison still wasn't sure what to think about this whole finding herself on a spaceship thing. Stiles confirmed her worst fear, that she didn't survive the Oni attack back home, but she wasn't entirely convinced this was real. Though she didn't think she could make up something like this, so that was a point in the 'real' column.

The ship was enormous and she was taking her time in exploring it. Eventually, she'd need to figure out a job to do so she didn't go crazy from boredom, but she figured there was no rush for that. She heard that there was usually a gathering on Deck 5 on the weekends and decided to head there in the hopes of meeting some more people.

No one seemed to care that she wasn't of legal drinking age on Earth, so she had a bottle of beer in her hand when she spotted someone sitting alone and decided to have a moment of boldness. "Hi, mind if I join you?"

Tony and Han

As roommates went, Tony knew he wasn't really up to snuff. He'd never been a people person to begin with, and he was the first to admit he was far too selfish. But Han was having A Time, and even Tony could see it.

So he grabbed a few drinks and made sure Han showed up to the Lounge that night to share them. After all, he was trying very hard to be a better person. Better late than never, he figured.

"Hey. This stuff is blue. I hear it'll knock us on our asses, doesn't that sound fun?"

	"Long as I don't stay down too long." Han replied. The last thing he wanted was to wind up doing anything dumb around the kids or anything else he'd regret. Things had looked up a little bit, with Vader having left, and he was hoping it'd let him sleep easier. "Sounds okay, though, yeah. I could use a good swig." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

"Very true." Han nodded.

He took a deep swig, enjoying the relaxing feeling that washed over him. "Yeah, sounds good."

"Some things have gotten a little easier lately...namely that I'm no longer stuck on a ship with the guy who did so much to hurt me and my family..." He sighed. "And I keep thinking about the wedding. They were still kids when I was last home...now they're all adults. I can't quit feeling old, and I am not old."

"Hey, that's not your fault. That's just time-displaced shenanigans, right?" Tony had no idea how he'd feel if he'd had kids and then they suddenly showed up as adults. That would require having the kids to begin with, but he figured either way it was pretty hard to handle. "But it was good to have a chance to celebrate."

He paused, and added. "I've been meaning to say. Sorry, you know. For my part in all that. Doing my job, but it sucked."
