His mentioning of finding people from the 30s made her wish that more of them would arrive on this ship. Then she maybe wouldn't feel so alone or out of place. Was it selfish to wish that someone from home would join her?

Mary took a sip of her drink. "Jadzia actually has already done a very realistic simulation of my family home. It's quite remarkable. You're welcome to visit if you'd like. It's called Downton Abbey." She tried not to spend too much time in there because she knew that it would only make things worse for her if she did.

"I believe you wanted to ask me some questions about life in my time?" she asked.
