Was there since he was officiating, probably in his dress uniform (white pants ftw + pimp cane). I imagine he discussed the details of the ceremony extensively with anakin & tahiri ahead of time so it was all lovely and personal with as many of their traditions brought in as possible.

He'd be sociable enough at the reception, making his rounds & dancing with anyone who wanted (male/female) but probably a few dances with Leia. Which people are free to notice the Admiral & the General making googly eyes at each other being a bit closer than is strictly necessary.
