Jaina was in the wedding party so she would have shown up with them after the ceremony. I'm assuming that she met Poe at the reception (I forgot to ask Lis before she left). She would have danced with both her brothers, Poe and anyone else who would have asked. Despite being a little emotional, she was in a wonderful mood and extremely happy for the bride and groom. She didn't make a speech since she was sure she'd cry if she did so she feels that Jacen should do it. :D
