Ginny wasn't concerned that Peter was late, more often than not she was the one running behind. While she waited, she took a seat in the middle of the floor, her broom that had been brought with her on one side and the broom she had spent months trying to replicate on the other.
She had tested it enough to know that it would float, but it was anyone's guess if it would do enough to be appropriate for quidditch.
And that was why she had asked Peter to try it out. Beyond the fact that he had asked her to fly on her broom ages ago, he was also a Muggle and if the broom would work with him, then she was pretty sure it would work for anyone else who wanted to try.
"I did, actually," she said with a grin, getting to her feet and picking up both of the brooms. "I've tested it a bit, but nothing like what we would need to play quidditch. But that's why you are here."
