It was definitely more than that. Tony wasn't a big fan of ulterior motives, but he did like Harley. It was hard not to like a woman who was cheery and outgoing and was nice to him. Wanting to treat her with the respect he felt she deserved was just part of the deal.
He leaned back in the chair a bit and smirked, "You just know me so well don't you? That fizzy stuff wasn't alcohol and I was very sad. But you came along and turned my frown upside down. It's like you ooze sugar right out your pores. In a good way."
