"We were good when you left my room," Lucifer pointed out. "So I'm not sure where you got it into your head that I was cold." He was starting to think most of her concerns really were in her head. It wasn't as if he'd kicked her out after, or done anything differently afterward, other than he'd gotten annoyed when she kept seeking reassurance when he didn't see why she would need it. And he'd relent on that if they could just finally be over it.
