Peggy nodded. Yes, she had noticed the same thing about the young woman, though she wondered how much of that had to do with the circumstances that she came from. "I think for some people, it might have to do with where they were before being pulled here as well," she said. "Everyone's come from different situations and periods in their lives." She ran her finger up and down the stem of her wine glass and then took another small sip.
"It's better to focus on the uncomplicated," she said with a shrug.
