Poe could tell it wasn't the truth but he didn't push her, not yet anyway. There was still that voice at the back of his mind reminding him she was his commanding officer and not just his friend.
He nodded, "It's an odd situation that's for sure" he agreed, "But if anybody can work around it, then it's you. And I'm here if you need anything" he added.
