There was a brief glimpse of oddly shaped scars on Lucifer's back, which Marian raised her eyebrows at for a second or so. He'd never mentioned them and she assumed the cause was something private. She remembered Fenris and all of his, and decided not to say anything for now.
Instead, she shrugged a shoulder at him, and then casually bumped her side against his, "I don't know, haven't you ever wanted to be a dragon? Alright, alright, the truth is we were rescued by a woman once who could shape-shift into one. Another Mage, but one that's so powerful she usually only exists in legend.
