Lucifer and open

For once not behind the bar, Lucifer instead remained a staple at the piano, playing off and on throughout the evening. He always had a bottle nearby and a glass that was constantly being refilled.

Appearing rather content, the devil was holding his cards close to his chest and not betraying the conflicting emotions bothering him. Instead, he played piano and drank scotch.

	Pike is here tonight, out of uniform and looking relatively relaxed. He's nursing a whiskey, but he does bring out his guitar and is willing to play for a bit if Lucifer needs a break from music duties. (Or a duet?) (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Leia spends most of the evening at Chris's side. Now that they've made their plans and are staying here together, she feels more comfortable being part of a couple with him, publicly like this. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Chris is a bit more affectionate tonight than he normally is in public, keeping an arm around Leia when he's sitting near her. He seems a bit more relaxed than normal, less the Admiral and more just Chris. He may even try to sneak a kiss when he thinks they're not being watched. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Lucifer will let Pike play any time he wants, and is definitely open to duets. As much as he'd like to pretend that this is any normal Saturday in the lounge, it's not. So distractions are good. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Mary is here smiling a lot and showing her wedding ring to anyone who hasn't seen it yet. She's drinking wine and being generally sociable.

Someone might notice a moment where she's not smiling though, where she looks a bit nervous. It's not that Mrs. Stark isn't happy, because she definitely is, but all of this has happened rather quickly and it's a lot to process. They still have a lot of plans to make. And Mary wonders if she can really assimilate into this century as well as Howard seems to think they can.

	Generally, Miriel was relieved she didn't have to go back. She wasn't ready to die just yet, and this felt like a second chance. She hadn't been onboard long enough to really feel like she'd connected with anyone, but she did like Mary, and was happy to drink and be social with her. (Reply to this) (Parent)

Lomea watched, more than anything else, sipping a glass of wine and taking in not just the sights and sounds, but how it felt in the Force.

It was a strange mixture of sadness, joy and anticipation. They'd all go their separate ways for now. Most, she surmised, had chosen to stay. Maybe they'd meet again, though the next time they saw her she'd be sporting Romulan ears.

If she could not be Empress of the Sith Empire, well, Praetor Lomea had a very nice ring to it.

	It was a party, and Jadzia drank and laughed, dancing with anyone who was willing to dance. There was also a lot of hugging. So much hugging. (Reply to this)
