Wayne knew by now that Ginny's laughter was usually meant good-naturedly. He was grateful for this, as she scared him a little.
"It's got a lot of similarities to Quidditch, like, " he began. "But without Beaters or Seekers? And it's just the one football at a time." He motioned for her to toss him the ball, and he dropped it at his feet, dribbling back and forth.
"You've got offense and defense of course, and the object is to get the ball past the goalkeeper and into the goal, but there's just the one goal, yeah?"
Wayne stepped back and kicked the ball toward Ginny experimentally.
"It's not hard to learn, like," he finished. "They're not all that different, apart from, y'know, being on the ground and stuff."
He debated telling her that most blokes, when they score, take their shirts off. Maybe save that part for later. He didn't want to think he was suggesting she do it.
