"It's good to see you again too." It wasn't hard to smile- Cho was laughing, friendly and welcoming despite her fatigue. There seemed to be mending and renovations throughout the corners of castle, but also those where there was no joy at all, just workers mending, lost to dark hearts and busying themselves so they didn't slip further. Cho was like breathing fresh air. "I'd take a confused and irate Bloody Baron over Peeves any day."
He watched as the ghost floated by, and he felt the slow spread of familiarity spread through his limbs. "Is it bad that I'm happy to see ghosts? It feels a bit like things are returning back to normal, yeah?" Briefly Harry wondered where Nick was, before refocusing on Cho. "I'm sort of surprised that you didn't go home. Everything... everything's okay there right?" He'd been gone for so long, it was difficult to remember what he'd been told about the previous year. "I mean, I think it's great that you're helping... I didn't mean to imply that home had to be bad, I just- wanted to be sure that it... wasn't." Harry finished lamely, surprised at the way his voice had nervously continued spewing words, long after he'd intended.
