Parting is such sweet sorrow.
I took this weekend off to think over some things. Mainly my place in this game, and what it was fulfilling for me. Clearly, as could be seen by recent happenings, something wasn't right in my little corner of the universe. That was another thing that I reflected upon this weekend. And after much reflection, I came to the following conclusion.
My place in this game has run its course. This should have been clear to me for a long time, but due to a slight sense of obligation, but mainly a genuine want to enjoy the game, I stuck through and tried changing things up to make things interesting. I tried playing a wide gambit of characters. I tried overloading myself with threads. I tried taking it easy. In short, I tried a lot of things, but something has always been missing for me here, as it has in any game of this sort that I play.
In short, being a writer makes me yearn for certain things, that I just haven't been getting here.
There's a world of other things as well, but I won't go into them. For those people I had threads with, feel free to have them go as you think they would/wish they would. For those I was going to thread with, well I guess this saves some work. But I'm not leaving without wrapping things up.
Lelia: Lelia will be receiving a phone call at the beginning of whatever week we're on informing her that her parents were involved in a serious car crash (her parents live in Boston so it's not a far hike.) Her father will be killed in the crash, while her mother will need round the clock supervision. Thus she will be leaving the school to care for her mother. But fear not, taking the lessons she has been learning at TJS, slowly but surely Lelia learns how to control her powers, eventually coming to a point where she no longer has to fear shifting during bursts of strong emotion. After her mother passes, Lelia enrolls in therapy to try to overcome the other things in her life holding her back, eventually becoming more confident, happy, and getting married to have kids and live happily ever after.
Katharina: Having realized that American schools are nothing like European schools, Katharina resigns and heads back to Europe to teach. (She's the easiest.)
Go'al'enu: Go'al'enu will remain at TJS and may be interacted with at your leisure until you find a new Elemental Control teacher.
Fenrir: While on a run on whichever weekend is happening currently, Fenrir goes for a run by himself in the woods surrounding the school. As he runs he decides he will make Heather his mate, and that in order to do so he will go on a bear hunt. In order to prepare, he pushes himself to do intense sprints around the school. However, unbeknown to him, his heart is weak from his fight with Dante in which he was electrocuted to the point that his heart stopped. Pushing himself to his limits causes him to have a heart attack, and being in the middle of the woods he is unable to get help and succumbs to his heart stopping again. Feel free to discover his body whenever someone wants to (or not at all.)
