So I'm 99% sure this Agency is just fucking with us, which is just familiar enough to Piss Me The Hell Off. I've been telling them they want Katniss since Day 1, and they send me you instead. They won't explain why they picked us, or why they send some of us back, and they keep randomly choosing people for R&R without explaining that either. I've a working theory that they're taking us when we're at our lowest so we'll be grateful to them - how fucked up is that, right? - and not try to rock the boat incase they change their minds and I can't shake the feeling this is just another Arena.
