So is the Corinth really as bad as I keep hearing? Any first hand experience?

I feel like we have about three different issues here:

1) Family, timeline, confusion stuff (also possibly dark side is he our brother? ~~Does he have to be our brother?~~ How does that work?)
2) These students, and revolution and stuff. I'm going to try to befriend Gavroche, cause I figure a kid frequently sees stuff adults don't. He might have some ideas as to everything that'd be useful.
3) We need to be doing something. Like, actually something. This feels like we're all standing still.

And apparently I really just like listing at you guys? But seriously. There is stuff.

1. I have no clue how any of that works. Apparently the woman known as Leia Organa Solo is not our mother since she doesn't know who we are. So if she's the mother of the dark side guy, that would make him not our brother. Which personally is okay by me. Uncle Luke however does appear to know who we are so he's actually Uncle Luke. And we know each other so that should cover it. Although the whole different timeline thing confuses the hell out of me.

2. Well Gavorche figured out a way for us to get out of those stupid corsets by getting us men's clothes so that works in his favor. He does seem to know what's going on though so it might be worht getting to know him better.

3. I have yet to figure out why we're here unless it's to provide mugging victims for the city to distract from the Revolution.

	I'm pretty sure his father is Han since she uses the name Solo.I have no idea how this works. He's our alternate universe brother that we don't claim? I mean that makes as much sense as anything? I don't know if that's entirely fair. Okay, it's a little bit fair cause he's always thought he had it figured out better than me. But he did listen to my idea about having people do some talking maybe. I mean, if he's right and it's a balance issue it feels like there's the possibility of swaying some people so that it doesn't come to violence maybe.

	I wondered that too. There might be more people that exist in our world there. I guess we'll never really know. Well I never really tried to figure it all out so there's that. I think talking to people will help, at least we'll get a sense of what's going on? Honestly, I'm just...well Jacen's a lot smarter than me, so are you and sometimes I feel kind of lost. I mean, the general idea, the way they run things. It could be a good system in the right hands. Enjolras won't ever lead a government. He's a leader for war. Given power like that, he'd be too...well...kind.

	Kyp isn't using the Dark side right now. Unless you're talking about when he was, and I still say misguided was an understatement even if he did get pulled back. I know this is going to sound crazy, and not like me, ~~but I realize a lightsaber doesn't solve every problem~~ but it feels like maybe, if some of this is a balance thing, the students here - they obviously seem to be aware there's a problem, but people in charge don't seem to be aware of that. Maybe we should try talking to them? Like, I don't know, not me, maybe, but you, or like the other Mom?

It's just something I learned. Dark and light, they're not definable like that. Not so trapped in dogma. It's not so easy to say that you use something, like lightning, and you're dark side. It's not that simple.

Talking is less likely to work since our mental powers are weakened. Or do you mean actually make reasoned argument? They might just decide to shoot us. People here, they don't speak out against the crown, but to invite trouble, like our firebrand friend. He seeks it out.

Okay, I know it's not so simple as light/dark. But also, Force lightning? tell me one instance of it coming from a place of light? There are absolutes, even if there's a lot of grey in-between.

Yeah, actually. As it turns out I wasn't planning on Jedi mind-tricking someone, exactly. Just conversation. And maybe there's something that's a little more half-way than what they're proposing but that might save blood-shed in the end. Surely the authorities can't be as unreasonable as the Yuuzhan Vong.

It's not that simple. It comes from anger, maybe. If you look at it that way. But why is anger bad? Why should we push it down. I'm not going to hurl lightning at everything that annoys me, but it is a valuable tool. It's something we could use, if we knew how.

I don't understand why it's so black and white with everyone. It's not, at all.

...even they could be reasoned with in the end. What remained anyway. Maybe there's merit in speaking to them

Jacen, I just said I didn't think it was all black and white. I just said that there are things that there is absolute darkness and there is absolute light. That doesn't mean that everything is. You're over simplifying what I just said.

Anger is human, and we all feel it. It might even move us to action, and that action might not even be bad action, but if we let it control everything - then it can create problems. Same with fear. Although I think fear might even be worse than anger for a lot of people. Fear is... I don't know. It's easy to let it control you almost without realizing that you're allowing it to do so.

Yeah, well, I guess I don't really ~~live to~~ know anything about that. Did you just agree with my idea?
