We could. It's frustrating.

I understand, I do. These aren't people who are used to powers. In fact part of the problem is that they're scared of people who may have supernatural or magical seeming abilities. But it's frustrating that the agency seems to not trust us to use our abilities responsibly.

Perhaps the first thing we should do is quietly figure out what the extent of our powers are so that we know that. We know what we can do without them, at least, I have a fairly strong grasp on that, so I've got a pretty good idea of my limitations. But it would be good to know where we could press it if we need to.

What do you say to going out of our room and quietly seeing what we can find out?

	I've been teaching in the Jedi Order for going on a decade now, as well as doing diplomacy and other things. I've learned how to talk. You might have to put on shoes. And, I'm sorry, they look like particularly horrible ones. But I don't think I'm going to be able to make anyone believe that you have shoes on. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I know that. I'm not some kid apprentice. It's still stupid to screw with our abilities when we're supposed to be helping. Making us adjust to being less than normal isn't the way to help people, if that's really the point. (Reply to this) (Parent)
