This is Peter Parker aka Spider-Man from the Raimiverse movies aka Earth-96283. Otherwise knows as Peter 2 from recent multiverse shenanigans.

He’s coming from near the end of No Way Home, but before The Thing that happens. He’s in his 30s and he has that cool youth pastor vibe.
