Welcome to Cardiff, 1999!! We are officially open. The first thread will be available for ALL characters who came with the second wave (the first big arrival) for interactions and fun times. The opening mentions the four 'starting' characters (Doctors 11 and 13, Harry Potter, and Ron Weasley), but others are welcome to come through the rift. Please just label wh your character is and how the came through. Other characters can interact and talk with them under each individual post.

Network posts can now be made, assuming characters who came through the Second Wave have been in Cardiff for one month as of now. If you want your character to have JUST arrived, you can do that, too. :)
