What about characters under eighteen and do they need guardians? Which kind of goes along with Lena's mention about the education system.

Also, what about injuries, sickness, things like that. Would they be treated by healers or sent to a Muggle hospital? I'm sorry but Nurse has gotta Nurse...lol.
