I expect Ron has been keeping her apprised of all the weirdness. And also grumbling to her in ways that he wouldn't with Harry, since it was Harry's idea to come here, and Ron is Harry's ride or die. But he is sort of bored, and would rather be chasing dark wizards. Of course now that Harry's dad is here and Tonks is here, things are getting more interesting, and he is hoping that maybe Fred will come through somehow. :(
But yes. Ron will definitely be a little bit smug when she keeps extending her visit.
