Re: Harry/Peter
Brilliant. It always ended well when mystery people started attacking black-tie events. Peter glanced over his shoulder towards Harry, focus snapping immediately to the figure that was throwing herself in their direction, his hand extending of it's own accord...
May.
Peter stopped. Everything stopped. Well - not everything. Potter didn't. Which was probably a good thing because there was an expression on his Aunt's face that Peter hadn't seen before. A foreign, hungry expression that vanished with a jolt of surprise as she flew backwards, forced away by a powerful wave of magic that made the hairs on his arms stand up. Peter almost threw himself after her. It was only the question from Harry that managed to keep him grounded.
"I - what? No! Not really - it's kind of... a spider bite, superpower kind of thing..." He really wasn't sure this was the time to get into it. Despite every rational part of his brain screaming otherwise, Peter was still straining towards where May had vanished. A part of him desperate to see her again. "That's - that's my aunt." He whirled to Harry properly now, face pale amongst the chaos. Something crashed behind them. "What are they?"
