Harry didn't say anything to his friend regarding what was happening, but he did give him a look that spoke volumes between the two for them. Let's see. Not a yes. Not a no. They would wait for the right time, and they'd react as needed. For now, shooting first and asking questions later didn't really seem like a reasonable solution. Not until they were sure the newcomer was a threat.

Thirteen let Eleven do the talking as he defused the situation with the sonic, smiling as suddenly Tony's face was revealed again since he probably didn't expect that. Meanwhile, Harry had taken a step forward after glancing at Ron, his wand still lowered as he studied the new man, waiting for a good time. If the Ministry knew that they were letting these two run the show, they'd probably get an earful. Not that he or Ron had a choice right now- the Doctors had a way of taking control.
