"You're preaching to the choir," Remus joked. "I've got seven years experience in Pomfrey's fussing. By seventh year I'd just tell her to can it so I could sleep."
"I'm sure Lily is fine," he agreed. "You'd think with what happened to you, she'd just Apparate immediately. Once she gets word that you're safe, I think we'll be able to track her down."
A house-elf appeared nearby with a 'crack!' carrying a tray laden with food.
"For Masters Potter and Lupin!" the elf exclaimed, setting the food down on the beside table and doling out a tray to James with chicken soup, a sandwich, and several chocolate biscuits. Remus accepted a cup of tea and a plate of biscuits for himself.
"Just what the Healer ordered!" Remus exclaimed, biting into a biscuit. "Now with you back, and the search on for Lily, Sirius is the only person we've got to work on. Honestly, I think he's been a bigger wreak than Harry or I. I haven't seen him in weeks and he's been holed up in his office. Once Harry gets here, maybe I'll run down and see if I can drag him out."
