Tonks' face told Rodolphus that she definitely hadn't meant to tell him that, and he had a vague idea why she suddenly seemed to have lost all control over what she was saying. He glanced over at Bellatrix and smirked inwardly; it seemed as if his dear wife had managed to get a private moment with the punch. Excellent; this would definitely be interesting.
"I knew it," he said confidently, smiling smugly because he'd been sure she enjoyed his company.
He took another step closer to her and touched her hip gently; something he wouldn't have done under normal circumstances, and definitely not in public. But this might be his only chance, and it right now she was as honest as she would ever be around him, so... why not take advantage of this moment of vulnerability?
Of course she would probably hate him the next day, but it wasn't like she couldn't fight him if she really wanted to.
He was surprised when she pulled back the hood of her robe and her hair was different than it had been before. Of course he knew that she was a shapeshifter but he had a feeling that this was... different.
She was gorgeous like this. He blinked, trying to concentrate; he'd stayed away from the punch, obviously, but it was Tonks who was... doing something to him.
"Do you want to go outside for a moment?" he asked in a low voice, trying to make it sound concerned and seductive at the same time.
