Marcus watched Oliver run his fingers through his hair, noticing how it has grown. It wasn't that he would consciously pay attention to such details, but he still noticed it. Generally, with Oliver Wood he noticed some strange things. He wasn't sure why, and he didn't really want to think about it either. He never showed it with a single sign anyway.
Listening to Wood's words, he suddenly started to laugh. "That will never happen," he shook his head after a while when he calmed down enough to actually be able to say something.
The whole idea of getting a wife was simply hilarious to him. Not because he wouldn't be able to get a girl, quite the opposite, but imagining that he would have some girl hang on him for the rest of his life, growing fat and ugly... no, just no. That wasn't for him.
