Ron fell into a slower stride at her side, relaxing a bit as he moved with her.
"The game did go well. Thanks. I really just played with the team. We all seemed to hit a good stride," he said, feeling more at ease at the topic of Quidditch. His shoulders dropped slightly and he felt some of the stiffness in his spine relax, "Quidditch is easy to talk about, Mandy. It seems like that is about all we talk about, almost," and he glanced at her, "Girls, now that is a topic that is a bit trickier," he said as he kept pace with her.
"I expect you two will be going together, and well, I don't much fancy the idea of staying in the common rooms on my own, so....I need some help," and he touched her arm to stop her movement so he could focus on his words.
"I can't much ask my sister, Ginny. She gives me a such a rash about things," he said, making a bit of grimace as he spoke, "And well Hermione is just no help with these kinds of things. I want....can you help...Mandy would you introduce me to Megan Jones? She likes Quidditch, right?"
