Lucius sipped as she spoke and set the cup down as she finished. He looked at her, watching her eyes, and leaned into her, "Biased to our cause, it seems. A cover up for Peter would have been perfect if he'd had some alternate plan. And now, he's fucked."
Lucius's words had a harsh tone to them, but he tried to relax, but noted the glances from the other occupants. He scowled slightly, "They are looking because they cannot hear our words, the fools," and he reached in his pocket to leave a few galleons on the table. As he rose, he released the spell, and then spoke to his wife as he held out a hand to her.
"We need to pick up some sweets for Draco, I believe and I had thought to treat you to some of those rose and lavender treats you prefer. I see no reason not to get them. And we can send an owl at the office, to be sure that Draco is fine. I am sure he is, but it would better to be safe."
