Pansy moved to rest her arm on the side of the couch, and placed her other hand into her lap gracefully, "Draco Malfoy, I am sure you made certain that you were not bored. I thought for certain you and your family would travel a bit," and she let her fingers in her lap move slightly on the fabric of her skirt, "But you are correct. England is a good place to return to, even if it was just Manchester. I missed the fog, if you can believe," she added, her smirk turning into a smile.
She was in her element and her confident attitude showed it, "Daphne is good. We owled each other, of course. And of course, I wrote to Millicent and Tracy. There was not much new to report," she said, not quite ready to reveal some of the mild rumors she'd heard circulating. It was odd talk that had reached her ears and made her parents speak heatedly, only to stop suddenly when she entered a room. She knew something had stirred in the summer while they were gone, but she wasn't ready to discuss it in mixed company, even in their common rooms.
