WHO: Carlisle Cullen and Rosalie Hale WHAT: Rosalie wanted to talk to Carlisle, but he got pulled out by the boys to watch strippers. So... Rain check. WHERE: The garage and front lawn of the Cullen House WHEN: Sunday, early afternoon STATUS: Thread, Complete RATING: PG
Carlisle felt rather bad about having to call off talking with Rosalie when she had asked, but then he also had absolutely no idea what Emmett and Jasper had been up to or he would have just stayed home. Of course Alice could have foreseen it, but he was rather hoping it would maintain a "don't ask, don't tell" policy about what had happened. He didn't want to think what Esme would have to say if she knew where exactly the boys had dragged poor Edward. Plus somewhere that populated was not exactly the easiest to just run away in without attracting attention for speed.
He was worried about what Rosalie wished to speak to him about that had to be before the wedding. Of course every worst case scenario had already gone through his head of possible things that might have happened that she could use help. Things mostly involving Bella's wedding dress/veil getting covered in various amounts of oil and car grime. Or perhaps Alice had seen something about the Volturi coming to the wedding and had only told Rosalie as to not cause any sort of panic, and now she needed to tell someone and Carlisle had been the logical one to come to? At least with most of the worst cases already thought of, he hopefully wouldn't find himself close to shocked for words or with anything he couldn't quite handle. Rosalie could be a fair amount to handle as well, but then that only really took a certain talent of knowing how to deal with Rosalie when she got into one of her moods. It was focusing on the hope that his daughter hadn't destroyed something that couldn't be replaced before the wedding that he headed out to the garage, hoping to find her there.
