Sydni smiled gently at the obvious enthusiasm. "Well, I haven't quite decided. I'm going to pose the question to my students and then build the units from there. I think it will help them to take ownership of the class - if they create it, it's theirs. Why wouldn't they try hard? In any case, if you have time for an independent study, I'd be happy to create a course of study you'd like to pursue, if you have time for it."
The brunette couldn't help but to chuckle. Cats were hardly fiendish. In fact, since Molly liked other animals so much, she'd been thinking about getting a kitten. Every witch needed a black cat, right? "Well, I don't think they're fiendish, but I understand not wanting to be surprised."
Nodding, the professor smiled again - Lelia was surprisingly a lot like her. "Next to science, literature is my second love. And languages. I'd love to learn more languages." Pausing, Sydni thought for a moment. "Those all sound very appropriate. I look forward to seeing you progress through them."
The brunette's kind features expressed compassion with the last words. "It is possible. And don't be impatient with yourself. We all need time." Smiling, she hoped she was reassuring.
